Whittlesea United Soccer Club (WUSC) was established in 1987 as a community soccer club where friends, family and surrounding community members could meet every week and enjoy the game of soccer as players, supporters and spectators.
In the early beginnings the soccer club was positioned in amateur league. Over the last 24 years, the club has been run by members of the local community who have long volunteered their time and dedication to the club which has since seen five championships at senior level, whilst having never been relegated. The club has also grown to include a women’s team, an over 35s team, and a junior team program, all under the Whittlesea United banner.
The Whittlesea United Soccer Club exists to promote the development of youth in our community through participation in athletic competition. .
The Whittlesea United Soccer Club promotes ethical and moral behavior, good sportsmanship, and community involvement. Our ultimate goal is to secure and perpetuate our status as a successful community soccer club where kids, families and adults alike, can enjoy soccer in a supportive community environment, and move the club forward into the future to provide a valid pathway for our talented sports people.
